That night and many others we read from her new Winnie-the-Pooh books that Nana and Papa got her. It's the complete works of A.A. Milne and I know she'll love it for a long time. The only problem is Hannah always wants us to start at the beginning of books so we've read the first couple of stories many a times. But she loves the stories so that's just fine.
Her Grandma and Pop got her a globe which she was soooo excited about. This is not a typical 4 yr old folks. It's super neat because you can use a pen to press anywhere on the globe and learn lots of neat things about it. We leave it on the music mode for Hannah so she's learning the names and music from different countries. Nate and I have used it a lot too. What cool toys there are now.
On her actual birthday she had cupcakes at preschool and that night we had dinner at her favorite restaurant, Chick-fil-A, and we had desert at Cold Stone. All in all it was a great day. We're thinking for her 5th birthday we'll have a big party and invite all of the family.
We have that globe at the mission where I volunteer. That thing is awesome! It's a great learning tool and I swear that I was challenged as much as the kids. :)
